Hello, my name is Boris. I have been incarcerated for 9 months in the prison of Nancy Maxéville for the burning of two telephone towers in the Jura in April 2020.
If I decide now to write a few public words about my case, it is mainly because the State has just judged me and it seems vital to me to put in writing my impressions and my anger against this techno-totalitarianism which has not faded at all since I am locked up. On the contrary.
While the States agreed to gag the population by calling on them to stay quietly at home under the pretext of stopping the covid-19 pandemic, waves of sabotage against the infrastructures of technological domination (relay antennas, subway fiber optic networks, power stations) were breaking out in France and in Europe (the Netherlands, England, Italy,…). From east to west, from south to north of France, high-tension towers have been knocked down, their cables cut and, for the most part, burned by the dozen, disrupting telecommunications, the geolocation of cell phones and the spying of those targeted by the organs of repression.
At the time of writing, these sabotages against telecommunications networks continue to increase, even if the domination has every interest in hiding or minimizing them. Sometimes, the scale of the destruction is such that it is impossible for them to silence them, such as the burning of a TDF relay in the Bouches-du-Rhône at the beginning of December 2020, or the incendiary sabotage claimed near Limoges to start 2021 with good intentions.
The technological framework, which covers all territories, spreads at full speed and perfects its operation with the new 5G network, is making it possible to accept a whole bouquet of new social norms imposed by the State, under the recommendations and blessing of doctors and scientists. Like a host of products and drugs that keep the population wise and docile, screens play a prominent role in getting as many people as possible to accept confinement: teleworking, tele-approval, tele-schooling, tele…. How could domination have «respected» this large-scale house arrest without all this technostructure?
The time has come for the acceleration of flows and data, for the connectivity of everyday objects to control, listen, track and spy on more and more people, to make them more and more slaves of the machine. This is what domination calls «progress», «civilization». In reality, this project of society is dystopian.
Faced with this digital framework, there are no 36,000 solutions. It seems to me necessary to go beyond the stage of criticism and act here and now, linking ideas to actions, taking the necessary precautions not to fall into the cracks of repression. And unfortunately I know what I am talking about.
The whole thing starts with a new-looking blue cap covered with an oily plastic substance at the foot of one of the two Mount Poupet relays, from where my DNA was taken. As I am on file, I find myself in the crosshairs of judges and police who will put great human and economic means to spy on my daily life (my habits, my frequentations) during the summer of 2020 (imsi catcher, cameras in front of the houses, gps under the cars of my relatives, listening and geolocation, civilians of the GIGN (Versailles) on standby and surveillance…).
As for the GAV, I must say I «put my foot in my mouth» when I spoke (even if it was only about me). I may have been in many GAVS before without ever saying anything, but that day I made that fatal mistake which, once made, is impossible to repair, to erase. There remains the risk of sinking even deeper, of becoming engrossed in explanations that can only be detrimental to the accused.
I was angry with myself and I am still angry today for having given marbles to repression by responding to the interrogation of these inquisitors of power, true perverts who know perfectly well how to get into the psychological crevices of the individual, and make him crack. This will not happen again.
On September 22, in Besançon, the gendarmes of the Besançon regional section (and others from the Oracle cell), accompanied by the Dijon judicial police, broke into my home at around 6:30 in the morning, as well as two others. In rogatory commission of the examining magistrate Lydia Pflug (head of the JIRS of Nancy) for destruction by fire of relay antennas in organized gang, participation in a criminal association and destruction by fire in organized gang, in Besançon in the period from January 9 to April 9, 2020.
While the two other persons searched were released at the end of the day, at the end of my 48-hour detention in the judge’s chambers, I was referred to the court, charged with the fire of two relay antennas on Mont Poupet on April 10, 2020 in the Jura region and placed under witness status for another fire, that of a SFR technical room of the TDF relay on Mont de Bregille, on the heights of Besancon. This was qualified as an attempt.
At the end of the investigation, in March 2021, the prosecution requested the dismissal of the case for criminal conspiracy and attempted arson at the end of March. But it reiterates the referral to criminal court for the fire on April 10, 2020.
During this nighttime fire under containment, the telecommunications of all telecommunications operators (Bouygues SFR Orange and Free) as well as the repressive organs of the State (police and gendarmerie) and the Enedis electricity company were momentarily out of service. Damage is estimated at between 750,000 and one million euros. It is therefore precisely because of these facts that I appeared on May 19 at the Nancy court. Despite a request for adjournment from my lawyer, who was unable to be present, the court, after more than an hour’s wait, decided to hold the hearing.
The masquerade could then continue, without an audience but with a journalist from the local press, ready to bring out his verve as a lackey of power to assert a little more dominance, to help the State carry out its cowardly and cold revenge, under cover of the eyes and ears that had come to its support.
The president, who from the beginning complained about her minister’s lack of consideration for the magistrates* (would the grumbling of the policemen give ideas to the judiciary?), resorts to the refrain of the poor sick citizen who can no longer call the hospital, from the depths of his field, to be treated.
I simply reply that it is time to learn to live together, what society has taken away from us, isolating us behind machines, with screens that blind us, blinders that make us deaf to the atrocity of this world, which exploits, poisons and kills living beings, human and non-human. Then I give a personal example, about the fact that I myself grew up without a cell phone and that there was certainly more mutual help and support between people, a time when we did not need an app to talk to each other, to know each other, to kiss….
I go straight to the verdict announced by the president, which I have barely heard. 4 years in prison, 2 of them suspended, plus several tens of thousands of euros in fines (I do not remember the exact amount).
At the exit of the courthouse, I had the pleasure to see a good group of friends and comrades in support who for a moment lost the CRS to greet me with shouts of «Freedom! Freedom!». It sent me much warmth and strength.
My eyes were filled with sadness, joy and a lot of anger at the same time.
A few minutes after the sentence was handed down, I already knew I was going to appeal, which I did three days later while in solitary confinement.
I would like to clarify a few things about what came out in the press. I have not only acted against 5G technology. It is the whole of the airwaves (2g, 3g, 4g) that I am fighting against. Techno-totalitarianism is imposing its macabre plans at full speed, reinforcing and improving its already existing infrastructures. Of course, 5G will require the installation of a multitude of mini antennas everywhere to accelerate the flow of information data and thus for example to connect all the objects of our daily lives. Taking away all autonomy from individuals, turning them into slaves of machines while spying on them for commercial or other purposes (self-isolation, exploitation at home with teleworking, abandonment of tactile contact between us, omnipresence of small and large screens in our lives), this is the near future that is brewing, the dystopia in progress.
By the way, for those who still believe in the so-called «green» energies, in the pseudo-energy transition which in reality is only an accumulation of resources, in the extraction of a whole bunch of metals in the four corners of the world whose quantities needed to produce their electric cars, their kilometers of cables (subway or at height) are constantly increasing and which sow cancers, devastation and death: the problem is not only the emission of greenhouse gases. That is only a small part of it. The «electric everything» is just as devastating and deadly. The extraction of all these metals can only be done through the use of ultra-harmful acids and pollutants, which rot and poison soils and waterways, causing incurable diseases, if not quick and certain death. This is the reality of the totally digital world that they try to pass off as ecological, as an alternative to atmospheric pollution.
So many reasons why I am part of those who, at the first noise of the state and sanitary order, refused to lock themselves at home and went out to directly attack one of the pillars of domination.
Heads held high, hearts burning!
